Yes! It is best to grow cauliflower from transplants and have them planted 18-24 inches apart. Make sure your container is large enough to allow for this spacing. Be sure to use a rich and nutrient soil as well.
Most varieties of Cauliflower mature in about 65 days, but some can take up to 120 days if started from seed.
Cauliflower loves FULL sun. Up to 6 hours a day is ideal.
